Cafe Rio began in 2019 with a single, powerful idea: that food could be both vibrant and genuine. Our founders — a pair of passionate food lovers with deep roots in Latin cuisine — opened the first Cafe Rio in Millcreek, Utah, determined to bring bold, hand-crafted flavors to the community.
